EmptyLeg directory website is based on three tabs. Each tab provides a different service for the air charter community:-
First Tab: EmptyLeg Directory
The term \”empty leg\” refers to the return flight of an already booked trip. When an operator has booked the aircraft to fly only one way, he needs to bring that aircraft back to its original base.
Here, operators can post all the empty legs of their aircrafts to be promoted publicly so all interested travelers or brokers will get free access to their contact data and contact them directly to charter the empty legs.
Brokers can also post the empty legs of their clients, with travelers contacting brokers directly so they can collect more customers for their clients.
Travelers can search the EmptyLeg Directory, find proper empty legs, contact the operator or broker directly and charter empty legs with prices at about half the cost of a new charter.
Second Tab: Charter Request Directory
Here, travelers will post their charter requests in order to get offers from both operators and brokers. This feature will make it very easy for travelers to charter their flights with minimal effort.
Brokers can also post charter requests so they get offers from several operators, and receive a wide range of options to choose the proper providers for their customers.
Operators will find many charter requests submitted by travelers and brokers collected in one place so their schedules will stay busy.
Third Tab: Charter Availability Directory
When travelers can not find empty leg flights through the EmptyLeg tab, they can search here for available aircrafts in their departure or arrival cities.
Brokers can make use of the charter availability search to find the available aircrafts to fit their customers’ needs.
Operators will list all their aircrafts, indicating the base airport for each aircraft, so they will be available through the charter availability search in order for travelers and brokers to contact operators directly to book their flights.
Broker will also list all of their clients’ aircrafts so they will appear in charter availability search results, travelers will contact broker to charter available aircrafts.
